is a monthly email newsletter that focuses on practical technology contract developments, tips, techniques, useful resources, basic skills and lessons from experience. I've found that, while this type of information is out there, it's hard to find. in 2002, while putting together a list of resources for my IP and E-commerce Licensing and Drafting class at the Washington University School of Law, I noticed that there were no really good web sites that collected information on this topic. This newsletter is an attempt to fill that gap.
